NC Forming
Our forming department uses 6-axis Trumpf and 8-axis Amada CNC-controlled Press Brakes. The precision-ground dies require no shimming and can accurately hold multiple bend angles to 1/2 degree.

Our offline programming system creates the bend sequence with a minimum down time on the machine. Programs are stored for future orders, which allow our operators to form your parts with a high degree of consistency and repeatability.
